Patient Care, Inc. provides home care services
to patients in all types of residences, including assisted living facilities
and nursing homes. Our staff members coordinate with residential staff
members to complement the services already provided to the patient.

Staffing on Demand
Our Full Service Staffing services are designed to provide healthcare
professionals when you need them. We’ve built our business
on providing qualified, reliable and competent personnel who can
address your needs.
As a condition of employment, our staff must adhere to formal guidelines
that include a strict attendance policy and compliance requirements. Prospective
employees undergo rigorous pre-employment processes that include criminal
background investigations, personal interviews and verification of employment
history and references.
We staff Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Nursing Assistants,
Home Health Aides and Companions/Sitters. Our clients consist of
hospitals, assisted living and senior living residences, nursing homes,
home
health agencies, correctional facilities, group homes and rehabilitation
facilities. We provide complementary analyses of current needs, and

Geriatric Case Management
Geriatric Case Management is conducted by our trained
professionals who specialize in working with older adults. Their understanding
of the aging process is invaluable in helping older adults and their families
make informed decisions to help the elderly maintain a satisfying quality
of life.
